Online survey on predatory academic practices in south Asia


National Young Academy of Nepal (NaYAN) is implementing an online survey on “Understanding predatory academic practices in South Asia” which aims to study the level of understanding of predatory practices among the researchers including faculty & students, policy makers and leaders of universities, research centers & funding agencies, journal publishers and conference organizers, journal article reviewers & editors from South Asia covering all academic disciplines. It also aims to identify existing policies and regulations regarding predatory practices, gaps, and best practices in them. In addition, we will also expect your valuable opinion to discourage the predatory practices.

This survey is being conducted in collaboration with Gandaki Province Academy of Science and Technology, Pokhara University Research Center, Global Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies, Indian National Young Academy of Sciences, National Young Academy of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka Young Academy of Sciences.

Last date to submit the response is 28 February 2022.
